This is partly due to the Nitrates we include, they help to increase blood flow to muscles plus improve energy efficiency. They also assist in increasing time to fatigue - which means training longer before becoming tired. The main mechanism of action is understood to be the reduction of oxygen usage and VO2 max. Basically, the body can work at the same efficiency whilst using less oxygen.

Contains ingredients to assist with focus and concentration so you can get into the zone, such as Caffeine, Citrulline Malate & L Tyrosine which may help with stress and may help relieve the sense of depletion and fatigue caused by intense physical effort.

Consumed around 30 minutes before training or when a competitive event begins.
